DxEnterprise is a diagnostic medical business management platform that provides tools for patient registration, test ordering, payment processing, sample management, result reporting, radiology, and related enterprise operations.
As a user of the Platform, you agree to:
The Platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by DxEnterprise and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data. We will not use your data for purposes other than providing the Platform services without your consent.
DxEnterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Platform services.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or suspend service with reasonable notice when possible.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform for violation of these terms or for any other reason with appropriate notice. Upon termination, your data will be made available for export as required.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
