Patient Consent & Data Protection (NDPA 2023 / GDPR / HIPAA)

DX Enterprise is engineered as a data-protection-by-design and by-default system (NDPA s.40; GDPR Art. 25). We process special-category health data only on a lawful basis — primarily the data subject's explicit consent (NDPA s.25 & s.52; GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)) for any third-party AI processing — and we honour every data-subject right set out in the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, the EU GDPR, and the HIPAA Privacy Rule.
